About Sara Paoletti

As Head of Strategy at Midnight Marketing, I work with an uncommonly talented team of creatives and marketing managers, to make sure every campaign we put together cuts through the noise and gets attention. My role is equal parts creative direction and team leadership, fostering collaboration, giving support where it's needed and refining ideas, pushing the team to deliver their best possible work. With a foundation in the arts, including 10 years in graphic design and a degree in illustration, I’ve built a unique skill set that spans both the technical and conceptual. Coupled with my experience in project management, these diverse disciplines have given me the ability to think strategically, lead teams effectively, and deliver work that stands out. I believe exquisite creative work starts with a playful sense of humor, fearless exploration, ruthless execution and radical honesty. The hardest part isn’t simply coming up with ideas—it’s having the discipline to edit them down and kill your darlings.
