About Sara Parkes

My passion has always been cars which lead me to work in the Automotive Industry. I have over 30 years’ experience in the motor industry predominantly with the BMW Brands working in Sales, Customer relationship management (CRM) and Marketing. In 2003 I had the incredible opportunity to work for the BMW UK Group headquarters and spent 18 years supporting the BMW UK Dealer network with the rollout out of various Sales systems (Kerridge Rev 8, SA3, IVS, CitNOW) through implementation, process development, training, change management, project management and then moved into coaching. This is where I developed my experience in coaching sales teams with improving Sales opportunities around lead management and customer engagement. After completing several years as a coach, I was then promoted to Programme Manager where I was responsible for 8 coaches. We delivered 36 coaching programmes to improve market share for new car sales, increasing used car profitability and working with customer support teams with promoting best practice around customer care. After the pandemic, I worked with the BMW Middle East Market with the Implementation and rollout of the Keyloop Drive dealer management system and CitNOW products for their Importer dealers. I am now currently working at rpc as a Senior Consultant where I have created bespoke training course content and documentation for the BMW Japan market to prepare their Dealer network with the move from a legacy system to the Keyloop Drive dealer management system. Ensuring a smooth pre go live and hyper care phase for each business. I am also enjoying using my extensive experience with other clients in the Agricultural and Optometry industry. In my spare time I love to walk my Working Cocker Spaniel called Bailey and enjoy all things nature. Currently my husband and I are in the process of building several small lakes to support and encourage nature near our home.
