About Sara Picard

My career has spanned roles and industries but a few things are core to who I am: I love to learn!(See: multiple graduate degrees)- I am convinced I can learn anything and willingly put myself on the learning curve often I am energized by problem solving - I love identifying and working through challenges that are unique and often “no one has been able to solve” I am an educator - Whether presenting to a board or to a classroom of 2nd graders, I thrive while presenting and putting big concepts into digestible takeaways Additionally - I’m comfortable working globally (quickly converting to global time zones is a party trick) and managing cross functional projects with executive stakeholders. I use data to drive decision making - both quantitative and qualitative. I help companies through periods of growth and change. On a more personal note: the loves of my life are my two dogs Huckleberry and Honey. I try to read at least a book a week. My favorite days are spent on the lake in the mountains.
