About Sara Rips

I am inquisitive. I love collecting information and storing it away in my mind. I like knowing that there are amazing complexities to the world and that there is more than one way to solve a problem and develop a solution. I try to use the information that I have stored away from earlier and applying it to current situations. I love finding the connections between things. Whether they be ideas, emotions, gadgets, the world around there are always connections to be found. I love ideas, I love brainstorming and thinking up different solutions to an issue. I am a strategic thinker. I can think ahead and see the bigger picture. I also am a big believer in the individual. I enjoy learning the stories of individuals. I am good at detecting what peoples' strengths are and how to best utilize them in work settings. Everyone needs to be treated differently and I try to use that in my managerial skills. My objectives are to use these skills that I have to make an organization the best that it can be. I want to work for a company that is passionate about the work they do, their employees, and their community.
