With over 30 years of leadership experience in the nonprofit sector, I am actively seeking new opportunities to bring my skills and expertise to organizations making an impact. Currently, I serve as the Community Engagement Coordinator for YSS, a highly public-facing role focused on fostering community relationships and advancing the organization’s mission. My responsibilities include: • Collaborating closely with Fundraising and Development teams to secure support through donor cultivation and stewardship. • Leading the planning and execution of two major holiday giving programs that directly impact the community. • Delivering presentations to community groups, local businesses, and other stakeholders to enhance visibility and engagement. Previously, I was the central point of contact for all incoming service referrals at Imagine the Possibilities, where I: • Streamlined referral processes and ensured high-quality client experiences. • Collected, documented, and analyzed data to monitor quality outcomes and agency-wide safety metrics. Before that, I held the role of Director of Development, building a proven track record in nonprofit management. My experience includes: • Developing and implementing successful fundraising strategies. • Coordinating large-scale events. • Building strong teams and fostering collaborative environments. I bring expertise in Nonprofit Leadership, Donor Relations, Event Management, Team Building, HR Policies, and Philanthropy. My academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Public Communications from Luther College.
