I’m a highly experienced financial services regulatory lawyer with over 18 years’ experience advising international and domestic financial institutions, asset managers and other regulated firms across the EU, UK and Ireland. My core focus is helping organisations navigate complex regulatory frameworks - especially during periods of legal change, divergence or implementation. I regularly engage with EU and national regulators on policy responses and contribute to industry consultations. I also speak at events on compliance trends and reform. I have extensive experience leading large, cross-border legal and compliance projects, working closely with both senior stakeholders and operational teams. I also regularly advice on BAU regulatory matters. My background spans private practice in London, as well as secondments at a global bank and global asset manager where I supported C-suite leadership on strategic regulatory issues. I advise on frameworks including MiFID, CRD6, RIS, FiDA, AIFMD, UCITS, Transparency Directive and UK FCA / Irish CBI / EU supervision rules.
