About Sara Rossmann

I am an introverted, people person with a thirst for coffee, positivity and the colour purple. As CEO of Rossmann Architecture (RAI), my passion is to design and build teams rather than buildings. Many of the same principles apply, such as sustainability (health/wellness), structure (process and accountability) and “form follows function” (skill and abilities are valued above gender, ethnicity, etc). As a leader, my role is to serve others in their endeavors to be their best and happiest self and to lead by example. The past decade with RAI has allowed me to combine my medley of professional and life experiences towards preparing for my current role and finding my own niche allows me to help others find theirs. My sincerest hope is that each person's life is enriched both in and out of the office based on being a Rossmannaut. With a Culture based on transparency, collaboration, continuous learning and being human, we have made great strides towards achieving this.
