Postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Special Needs Education, Ghent University and family therapist. My research (mainly qualitative) focuses on family experiences and family perspectives of people in vulnerable situations, more specifically of patients in (forensic) mental healthcare. I am interested in family engagement, family experiences and the use of family interventions.
