About Sara Rust

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Equity Residential, I am responsible for full cycle recruiting for the SoCal and Denver regions, covering a variety of roles in the multifamily housing industry. I have been with Equity Residential since August 2022, and I enjoy working with a collaborative and supportive team that values diversity, inclusion, and innovation. I have over two years of experience in talent acquisition, having previously worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Calibrate and a Clinical Recruiter at Cerebral. In these roles, I honed my skills in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates using platforms such as Linkedin and Indeed. I also have a background in Telecommunications with a focus on Interpersonal Relations from Ball State University, and a passion for creative writing. My goal is to leverage my communication and writing skills to attract and engage top talent for Equity Residential and contribute to its growth and success.
