About Sara Ryan

Sara Ryan is the Director of Medical Education for Starseed Medicinal, a subsidiary of Entourage Health Corp. Sara is a nurse practitioner with more than ten years of experience in both acute care and chronic pain management and has worked in the medical cannabis field for the last five years. Sara has extensive experience in cannabis therapy for pain management and is a passionate advocate for medical cannabis as a treatment option. Sara is committed to medical cannabis education and has actively been providing both patients and medical professionals with guidance on cannabinoid dosing and administration protocols, cannabinoid pharmacology and assessment tools. Sara oversees Starseed's medical cannabis program, spearheading the platform's development and overall architecture. She has designed a comprehensive education and assessment program for patients that provides safe, reliable access to medical cannabis for all Starseed's patients. As a thought leader, Sara is currently providing programs for paid-insurer plans researching the role of medical cannabis as a treatment option for chronic pain and opioid displacement. Sara received her nursing degree from the University of Windsor, Master of Nursing degree from the University of Toronto, and a Nurse Practitioner certificate from the University of Windsor.
