I am an Economics graduate with a strong background in Finance and Controlling, currently leading a team at Mota-Engil Global. With a passion for continuous learning and growth, I’ve developed both technical and leadership skills that allow me to contribute strategically while supporting and empowering others. In my current role as Team Leader, I manage a team of seven, overseeing consolidation reporting, intercompany operations, audit coordination, and financial analysis. I take pride in creating an environment that values collaboration, accountability, and personal development — and I actively contribute to process optimization and decision-making. I am known for being adaptable, focused, and proactive.
