With over 20 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of wearing many hats—starting in Library and Media Resources at the Toronto District School Board, and now in Human Resources at Conestoga College. Throughout my career, I’ve embraced diverse roles that have shaped my approach and impact. As a team player, I’ve partnered with incredible colleagues to bring big ideas to life. As a coach and mentor, I’ve guided others to grow, learn, and succeed. As a leader, I’ve built supportive, high-performing teams that achieve outstanding results. In advisory roles, I’ve tackled challenges with practical solutions and fresh perspectives, and as a project driver, I’ve led initiatives that create meaningful, lasting change. I’m all about clarity—breaking down complexity to uncover actionable solutions. I take pride in being pragmatic and forward-thinking, always looking for ways to grow and improve.
