I am a Psychology student at Universidad EAFIT, currently completing my professional internship at Grupo Bancolombia within the Vice Presidency of Talent and Culture. This experience has allowed me to strengthen my skills in selection processes, including recruitment, candidate profiling, group interviews, participation in Assessment Centers, and attendance at job and university fairs. 🧠 I have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Python, and psychological assessment techniques (structured interviews, projective tests, questionnaires). Additionally, I possess an intermediate-advanced level of English, enabling effective communication in professional settings. I am passionate about workplace well-being and talent management, and I am always eager to learn and add value in organizational environments. I enjoy working with others, building connections, actively listening, and adapting to different contexts, which allows me to foster trust and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
