About Sara Solis

I’m a Medical Doctor and Clinical Researcher with a strong interest in health services research, brain health, and ageing. My work focuses on translating scientific evidence into meaningful insights that inform healthcare decision-making, service delivery, and public policy. I have experience in systematic reviews, evidence synthesis, and both qualitative and quantitative research (using SPSS, STATA, R, NVivo). I’ve contributed to multidisciplinary research projects on frailty, cardiovascular risk, and cognitive health, with a focus on equity, access, and person-centred care. Through collaboration with clinicians, policymakers, and patient partners, I aim to bridge the gap between research and practice, making findings actionable and aligned with real-world healthcare needs.
