About Sara Solomon

I have been told that I'm passionate, which I believe is what drives me to find solutions to the problems that people in the Child Care profession face. Children are my passion. So improving the working conditions for Child Care workers by giving them the opportunity for self-care, which has a direct impact on the quality of care for children, has become a priority for me. I've always been a creative thinker at heart. My day-to-day planning is always influenced by the bigger picture, and over time I have learned to embrace this as a unique skill, as it leads me to progressive solutions. Using my experience in the Child Care field, along with extensive research and planning, I created LlamaLink - a sustainable approach to solving the Child Care substitute crisis. Keeping in mind the unique needs of individual Child Care centres, I am constantly looking for new ways to make LlamaLink as universal as possible, to make this solution accessible to all licensed Child Care throughout British Columbia, and soon, Canada.
