About Sara Stender

I strive for a high level of customer service for all customers I interact with. Ensuring the customer is taken care of and has a positive experience with not only myself but my company as well motivates me to be better than the best every day. Internal development of employees is high on my leadership radar as I believe a company is only as good as their workforce. Working with employees to meet their goals both inside and outside the company are a top priority. I enjoy promoting vertical integration whenever I get the chance. Kwik Trip has many products that are made within the HQ campus in La Crosse. It is a very interesting process that I want to promote as much as I can. Over the past three years at Kwik Trip, I have held three different levels of leadership roles, my most current one being Assistant Store Leader. I have helped my store reach food budgets, inventory goals, and develop several employees into leadership positions. My areas of strength are: Customer service, attention to detail, leadership development, communications, team building, food safety and sanitation, workplace safety, general maintenance, schedule building
