Current Position Experience -Process accounts payable and receivable via QuickBooks-Maintain donation data using donor software GiftWorks-Edit and distribute donor thank you/tax receipt letters-Revise and edit multitude of items from blog posts to grant proposals-Assist during student interview process-Assist Executive Director on multiple projects-Assist with all special events-Assist with Programs, Development, and Outreach as needed-Work closely with Executive Director to increase ability to manage and direct the organization-General administrative and Office Manager duties. Past Position Experience -Edited and revised the following-local authors’ books: memoir, self-help, and novel-monthly and annual reports to funders, grant proposals-comprehensive manual for a new project initiative related to victims of gang violence for first responder service providers-Maintained several budgets for non-profit youth division programs-Created process to train faculty to use newly integrated student records system-Provided administrative support for Sr. Assistant Registrar, Manager of Student Academic Records-Created email correspondence for marketing-Created and maintaining monthly newsletter-Created course material, executed planned lessons, graded works for multiple courses (online courses as well) and participated in other faculty responsibilities-Established first literary magazine for students and faculty-Managed (created, planned, taught, graded) multiple classes as Teaching Assistant while enrolled in full-time, 4-year graduate program: Composition I, Composition II, Advanced Composition, Creative Writing, and Memoir.
