I don’t just help people heal—I help them remember who they truly are. I’m Sara Teague, founder of Purely You Restoration, and my life’s work is to walk with you through the places where pain has buried your light—and help you rise again, whole and free. My journey into energy healing didn’t begin in a classroom. It began in a season of deep struggle—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Diagnosed with Arnold Chiari Malformation, I endured years of pain, countless treatments, and no real answers. But what felt like the end became the beginning: a divine redirection toward a deeper kind of healing—one that addressed not just the body, but the soul. That’s when everything changed. I discovered the power of energy healing modalities like the Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code. I encountered the biblical-based truth and frequency of Quantum Soul and Quantum Life, and found not only my own healing—but my calling. Now, I help others release what’s been silently holding them back—emotional baggage, inherited trauma, spiritual heaviness—and reconnect with the truth of who they are in God’s eyes: whole, radiant, and deeply loved. Through one-on-one sessions, group healing, and spirit-led restoration work, I create safe, sacred space for you to find clarity, freedom, and peace. Every session is guided by the Spirit and grounded in Isaiah 61:1—to bind up the brokenhearted and set the captives free.
