About Sara Trujillo

I have worked in the meetings and events industry for 10 years, and am a Certified Meeting Professional. In January 2020 I accepted a position as a full time Event Manager at One10 Marketing, owning the management and delivery of assigned events projects, acting as liaison among client, sales account management, internal support departments and external vendors. Growing from within the company, I joined One10 in January of 2019 as an independent event coordinator, and have worked as a coordinator/ trip director for other major meeting and incentive companies since 2016. My prior experience includes 2 years at Access Destination Management Company, as a creative coordinator. During that time, I designed décor and entertainment proposals, researched and presented creative elements and enhancements, handled procurement of contracted items, and operated on-site. For Access Orlando’s largest client to date, I led registration and processed all attendee data for gala and press conference events. I also have 5 years of leadership experience as a banquet captain managing an array of events with staff as large as 50 individuals. Some of my clients have included Microsoft, GM, Emirates Airline, Medtronic, Morgan Stanley, and Workday. I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Event Management from University of Central Florida, Rosen College of Hospitality.
