About Sara Yared

As a strategic marketing and Cx leader with a commercial mindset I’m able to find that balance between ensuring a brand’s reputation is built with authenticity and goes beyond the realms of marketing. I employ Behavioural Science and Design, Human Centred Design and Agile ways of working with the customer at the centre of everything I do, but I do so with a firm eye on the business needs because great customer and business outcomes are not mutually exclusive. I counterbalance being pragmatic, results-driven and accountable by constantly challenging myself to grow and always looking for the blue sky opportunity. I have a knack for being able to identify the most desirable opportunities and the people and tools needed to leverage them and I always strive to be (and believe I am) a person people want to work with and for. I’ve worked under great mentors, created businesses of my own and worked in teams of all shapes and sizes. I've got an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for wellbeing and growth mindset and love being challenged.
