About Sara Yoffe

I am an owner of American Precision Developers, a general contracting company based in Cambridge. I also run our sister company, Cambridge Prime, a property management and development company that builds and manages over 150 properties in the Cambridge area. I am an attorney, a licensed construction supervisor, and a licensed real estate broker. I began my career in real estate and construction as a real estate broker in 2018. At that time, I was working as a prosecutor for the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office, with a focus on white collar and financial crimes. After obtaining my broker's license, I began listing and managing my family's portfolio of rental properties in and around Cambridge. I launched Cambridge Prime, a property management and development company and brokerage, with my father in 2019. At the start of 2020, I left the Attorney General's Office to pursue real estate and development full time. I worked daily with my father learning the ropes of multi-family development. Through this work, I met my business partner, Estenio Lima. Estenio is a talented carpenter by training, who quickly rose through the ranks to become the job site manager on every property Cambridge Prime built. In 2021, Estenio and I combined our skills and formed American Precision Developers, a general contracting firm providing services to everyone looking to improve their homes and businesses. We have the experience, the talent, and the team to renovate your bathroom or kitchen or to complete a multi unit full gut renovation.
