In my current role as an executive recruiter, I partner with leaders at top law firms and corporations nationwide to identify needs, build trust, and connect the right talent to the right opportunities. My approach is rooted in listening, understanding goals, and providing thoughtful solutions that create lasting impact. Beyond my career in recruiting, I am personally connected to the Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) community as a parent, ambassador, and fundraiser. I actively volunteer my time to raise awareness, cultivate support, and engage healthcare partners, families, and organizations to advance resources and research.
