I have worked the majority of my employment in Customer Service in an office environment. I am very organised and enthusiastic and enjoy a challenge I’m never afraid of stepping out of my comfort zone. I’m always happy to take on extra projects and work well under pressure, whether that’s in a team or working alone. I find it very rewarding guiding other team members, also not afraid to ask when I need help. I find great job satisfaction when I resolve problems or reach targets. I can bring my experience of people skills to a team. I have worked with so many different kinds of people in varied circumstance but always build a rapport showing empathy where needed. I have great attention to detail and enjoy providing outstanding customer service to colleagues or clients. In order for me to do this I will always go the extra mile. I am a big believer in treat those how you would want to be treated.
