About Sarah Adams

I started my career in the transportation industry in as an over the road driver. Over 23 years, I have gained extensive experience in the transportation industry and held many titles. I moved out of the truck and into transportation administration in 2010, where I found my passion in management, teaching transportation safety, accident investigation, coaching and customer service. I am a leader who thinks outside the box. I have had great success developing and communicating new ideas as well as coaching others in the execution of both safety and operational practices. I led my fleet (full of trainers, students and rookie drivers) to a one million miles safe driving award. I have successfully managed multiple businesses and countless employees.I am currently doing a job I enjoy as a Teller at an awesome credit union. I am also proud small business owner. I moonlight as a remote Safety manager/coach/instructor, and driver advocate (independent contractor). I firmly believe that people don't quit bad jobs, they quit bad managers. I lead by example and always have an upbeat outlook even in the toughest of situations.
