About Sarah Aguilo

As Promotions Director, I promote the Worship 24/7 brand in as many ways as possible that will attract more listeners. The result of increasing our listenership is fulfillment of our mission, which is “To ignite a passion for God through worship that leads to a life of discipleship, evangelism, generosity and service to the poor.” More listeners means more worshipers, which means God gets more glory. The Promotions Director oversees the recruitment and management of staff/volunteers in each market we serve, utilizing multiple promotional channels, such as local concerts, Christian events, social media, and on-air ideas. In addition, they create and nurture local relationships to increase knowledge of Worship 24/7 with key leaders in the Christian community in each city. Prior to my work with Worship 24/7 I launched and ran a coaching practice, SpiritLed Guide. I was the CEO and Coach for that practice for 10 years before shifting my focus to media ministry. In the past, I was also the Adult Education and Youth and Family Ministry Director for a church in Oregon. In this role, I was responsible for designing and delivering engaging and meaningful curriculum, programs, and events for their youth and adult members. I also managed a team of teachers and assistants and collaborated with other staff and special guests to create a welcoming and supportive environment for their community. I leveraged my skills in motivational speaking, management, and team management to inspire and empower their members to explore and express their spirituality, and to foster a culture of love and gratitude. Additionally, I have a vast background of work experience in management, business development, social media, pastoral care, and entrepreneurship.
