An international development professional and social entrepreneur with over 25-years experience in global development, impact measurement and evaluation and a track record of designing and piloting strategies for delivery of ‘first’ and innovative initiatives. I began my global development career in research and consulting and teaching in healthcare economics, policy, data for decision-making, designing benchmarks and evaluation approaches and strategic planning for governments communities and multilateral and bilateral donors. Then seeking to maximise development impacts though profitable businesses, I pivoted, with added focus on delivering value to businesses by increasing their purpose and social impacts while optimizing profits. I growth mentor start-ups and guide international NGOs and business entities in implementing ESG approaches to accelerate achievement of 2030 SDGs, designing and supporting their development initiatives in UK, Africa, US and Latin America and the Caribbean. I serve on diversity and inclusion task forces, academic, and entrepreneurial ecosystem advisory boards in UK, US and Africa.
