About Sarah Arnup

I am the operations supervisor for the Thames, and the North regions Managing a team of three two schedulers and and our operations administrator, my role consists of overseeing all of the scheduling running reports dealing with escalations, ensuring our KPI’S s are met, monitoring our utilisation target is hit, managing a team which involves performance meetings, holiday approval people management team building etc, I also manage the scheduling of engineers for all of our big projects. I am also an Experienced resource scheduler within my last role before changing positions I scheduled all work streams for the North East, North West and Scotland areas I also scheduled all of the maintenance for one of our key customers. I speak directly with all of the engineers on a daily basis and am involved with trying to solve any problems so the job can be completed and a good customer experience is provided to the customer first time. I have to liaise with different departments within xylem so it is very important to me to build a good working relationship and provide good communication between departments I am also a firm believer in trying to help people were I can. I am also a super user for our newer system which I have had input in and continue to be proud I am part of the project team for this. I feel I have a demonstrated history of working within the utilities, engineering, sewage for adoption and domestic industries. I am Skilled in Microsoft programmes. I have a very extensive background in customer service and this is always key to any role I take and is extremely important to me. I also provide Strong operations and planning skills. As a person I am considerate, strong minded, understanding, I also feel I have a good work ethic and drive with a strong will to progress my career further.
