Businesswoman and serial entrepreneur, Sarah Al Ayed is a leader in business development, communications, and entrepreneurial ecosystem growth. A crisis communications specialist Sarah is Co-Founder and Partner of TRACCS, the leading communications network in the Middle East and North Africa with 14 offices in 13 countries. In February 2021 she was selected to head the Community Engagement and Volunteering Program for the Jeddah Governorate. In October 2020 she joined the G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance Saudi Summit team and was selected as the Saudi G20 YEA Sherpa. In April 2019 she was appointed to the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce Board by HE. Dr. Majed Al Qassabi Minister of Commerce and Trade in Saudi Arabia. Sarah oversees some of the company’s most important regional and multi-national accounts. She is one of the leading Gulf Arab female public relations practitioners and is considered one of Saudi Arabia’s leading businesswomen; Sarah Al Ayed was listed on the Forbes Most Influential Women in the Arab World in Family Business. In 2012 she launched the Art of Business Communication that focuses on development of the communication skills and talents for the youth entering in the business realm. In November 2014 she was appointed Women’s Entrepreneurship Day Ambassador for Saudi Arabia 2014 – 2015 and was appointed WED Regional Ambassador MENA from 2015 till March 2019. Sarah has further worked on entrepreneurial development and communications programs; providing training for over Palestinian and Syrian refugees in Jordan. Since the program inception Sarah has personally worked with, mentored, and coached over 120 young ladies from Syria and Palestine building on their talent and entrepreneurial capabilities; and has funded and help launch three entrepreneurial ventures; with currently more young ladies working to launch their entrepreneurial projects. In August of 2017 she was elected as the Vice President of the National Entrepreneurship Committee (Council of Saudi Chambers).
