About Sarah Baker

Combining a decade of experience with a double degree masters from two of Europe’s leading business schools, I am an accomplished project manager with a proven ability to deliver results. After gaining international experience over 7 years spent in France and Germany, I have relocated back to Ottawa and am pleased to have joined NAV Canada as a project manager. Driven and personable, I’ve managed business and IT transformation projects, first as a consultant focused on project and portfolio management, prioritization and governance for government departments, and then in a more operational role as a project manager for the Global Operations team of a large reinsurance company. A qualified PMP, I have implemented projects using traditional waterfall and more recently hybrid agile methodology. My colleagues have described me as a great communicator who is organized, flexible, and eager to excel.
