I am co-founder of Laugh. Think.Play Laugh. Think. Play the new Global Movement to simply make you feel better. We truly believe if we all allow ourselves to laugh more, think more with kindness about ourselves and each other and play more, then the whole world will be in a better place. We're going big. We want a million adults to play more as our first goal. We are planning retreats, work within businesses, festivals, books and so much more. Also ten percent of our profits will go to Charities that work in these three areas. The first Charity we will be supporting is Clowns Without Borders UK I also run a private practice where I help my clients to rise up and exceed all expectations. I use a mixture of coaching techniques and CBT hypnosis to help my clients deal with any pressure or stress that they may find themselves under both professionally or personally and succeed in all areas of their lives. Specialties: Performance and presentation anxiety, confidence enhancing, Clarity and vision to help provide the 'aha' moments. Helping support smooth transitions professionally or personally.
