I’m an entrepreneurial communications and brand marketing leader with a passion for luxury and innovation and over two decades of experience delivering growth for global luxury brands and destinations. I am motivated by working with businesses that have the courage to break the mould. Having spent large parts of my career working at the sharp end of the luxury sector for Private Family, Owner / Founder businesses and UHNW individuals, I understand the customer of tomorrow and define strategies that acquire multi-generational clients across brand extensions. Much of my success derives from strong commercial awareness, with the intuitive ability to fuse heritage with innovation in order to nurture brand equity and curate a flawless customer experience with competitive relevance across channels, notably ever-evolving consumer habits across the physical/ digital landscape. As a leader of people, I am proud of my ability to motivate and inspire cohesive teams using a supportive coaching style with a diplomatic approach that helps me build trust in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
