I am a keen relationship-builder, enabling effective and efficient stakeholder, client and customer relationship management and servicing.Because I enjoy and excel at Process Optimisation and Improvement, I am driven to ensure my business is run effectively and efficiently with engaged staff, producing awesome results. This is achieved by asking the "right" questions, deep-diving on data, and continuing to seek insight from personnel. I am well experienced at most levels of dispute resolution; customer, internal and external, being able to prioritise workload and cases for time sensitivity, exposure, magnitude and business needs.Every role I've had professionally has had an element of Customer Service and Support. I am all about giving the best experience possible- for both clients and the business. Problem-solving, education, appropriate support, optimised, efficient and a positive experience are what I strive for with any interaction.I enjoy working with not-for-profit agencies and charities in a variety of volunteering capacities- from training, administration, event co-ordination, social media and marketing, logistics management, content production.I'm engaged and motivated to be always learning: be that information about how the company runs, ways that processes can be improved, a new software suite, new information about a market or a new skill.
