About Sarah Bell

In my 20 years of experience, which began in the hospitality and restaurant industry, I've developed an intimate knowledge of what it takes to scale a business, develop a team, and build long-lasting relationships. This includes my own experience growing a bakery from a home-based startup to a multi-million dollar business, as well as consulting on growth strategies for hospitality and real estate businesses. Having 10 years of experience as a business owner, managing every detail of a retail operation, I have an entrepreneurial spirit. I love building the operating structures, processes and project management systems that are required to deliver an amazing customer experience and sustain growth. I am currently supporting the Planned Giving Team at CNIB, in a role that combines my expertise in building meaningful relationships, scaling processes, and my passion for supporting others. This experience has deepened my commitment to philanthropy and further developed my understanding of the critical work performed by CNIB in making a difference in the lives of individuals with vision loss.
