About Sarah Broadbent

Currently a Senior Producer and HR Director at Orillo Films, I love both of my roles but my passion lies in producing. It allows me to flex my organisational skills while giving me the freedom to be creative when returning on briefs for clients. There's nothing more satisfying than seeing a project from concept right through to the finished film - I endeavor to make the process as smooth and fun as possible for everyone involved. Being the head of HR I ensure that we are doing everything we can to be the best company to work for - annual budgets for each team member to develop themselves personally and professionally, innovative & generous company policies and perks, and an extremely forward-thinking leadership style to name a few. Orillo Films is a full-service production company based in both York and London. We tailor our services to suit our clients' needs, whether that is taking the fragments of an idea, developing them into fully formed creative concepts and then seeing them all the way through production and post to the final film, or just adding finishing touches to a film like colour grading.
