About Sarah Buckles

Being on a team has always been one of my greatest joys in life. From playing sports in high school to achieving amazing results with my team at Starbucks, teamwork has always been a driving factor in my success. I carry this philosophy into my management style. I help build successful teams by creating solid foundations of teamwork and setting a clear vision for success. I create the paths for my team to walk and together we achieve amazing results. Throughout my years of management experience, I have learned that the true key to being a good manager, is to be a good teammate. I have grown my businesses by 15% or more year over year as a result of these tactics while also decreasing turnover and improving the team experience. My education in the field has only been enhanced by my education in Global Management from Arizona State University, further growing my ability to lead. I love building teams. It is truly my passion project and I love that my job lets me live my passion every day. Nothing in the world feels better than watching a team achieve its goal. Being a manager allows for the unique pleasure of not only being a part of that success, but having the vision to start from the potential of what a group of people can be and helping them achieve those results, even those that might have seemed impossible.
