I am an energetic and innovative organisational culture, change and human resource management leader with 10 years experience across public and private sectors including energy, health, FMCG, and local and state government. Impact focussed and results driven, I have a curious mind that is always seeking opportunities to innovate and find solutions to business challenges and opportunities. I am passionate about developing the potential of people to drive organisational success and achieve commercial and strategic goals whilst providing an engaging workplace for employees. I have a strong growth mindset and hold tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, change management, management, psychology and strategy and am currently undertaking both a Masters in Business Administration and the Adaptive Cultures Practitioner Program. A keen networker passionate about sharing my commercial thinking to help individuals and organisations to grow, I am a mentor for the Beacon Foundation and am on the Executive Committee for the Be Hers Organisation.
