As someone who has built a community of women in menopause, I understand women's struggles and challenges. But I also know it's never too late to change and follow your dreams. I am excited to build Launch and Bloom, a community for women who want to start their businesses or take their existing ones to the next level. With my experience in branding, marketing, finance, and mindset coaching, I provide the support and guidance you need to make your vision a reality. Join me on this journey, and let's bloom together! On top of this, I am also- Menopause Commentator, Educator, Mentor and Founder of a Menopause Community I help support women through their menopause journey. I educate employers, HR, and people managers on improving the working environment whilst implementing menopause policies. 🥵A menopause advocate with a deep understanding of the physical and psychological effects that menopause can have on women in all areas of life. ‍I focus on mentoring, educating and supporting women within the community and employers so that the workplace can be a continued environment that is not detrimental to women's well-being through this stage of their lives. Having over 35 years of experience working in the Construction sector ensures that I can communicate in an uncomplicated language accessible to both men and women.
