Specifically as Operations Director at JRPI I lead a team that supports the merchandising and marketing goals and objectives of one of the largest banks in the country. From Product Development to Installation Project Management to Graphics kitting and production. As General Manager of Vectrawire I was responsible for our strategic plan, launch and all aspects of operations for a manufacture of wire and cable assemblies for the Medical and Defense industries. At Xcel Energy and Kohler Company I was responsible for defining the voice of the customer and translating it into products and services we could develop, launch and manage at profitable level for the company.
