Currently working in Caldor Solar as a Technical support Engineer, assisting customers with any issues they may have with their system and interact with manufacturers to resolve any issues. Keep SOPs up to date as needed. Also assist with the Design of system layouts via DraftSight as required by Technical Manager. Previously worked at Sonitus Systems Ltd as a Production Engineer/Rental Manager. Working to ensure high quality Noise and Dust Monitors are sent to our customers, while also providing Technical support for these units. Provide support, calibration and repair for our Noise and Dust Monitors, as well as for Vibration Level Monitors that we provide to our clients from another party. In charge of maintaining and deployment of our rental fleet of units. Provide customer support via our ticketing system to resolve any issue or query that a customer may have. Also, provide over the phone support for clients on site if they encounter any issues. Involved in the Quality system for ISO9001 which is the standard we uphold for all our products and processes. Implemented the ERP/Inventory system the company uses to track the current stock as well as used for the purchase of components and equipment, also used by our sales team for the sales of product. Warehouse management - standardise our Warehouse Layout and Warehouse Procedure for the storing of Products and Inventory. Have worked in Renishaw Ireland as a Junior Production Support Engineer gaining valuable experience within Manufacturing and Production Environment. I am graduate of a Manufacturing & Design Engineering course in Dublin Institute of Technology. I have also received an Automation Engineering degree (B.EngTech), also from Dublin Institute of Technology. I have also received an Associate Certification in Project Management (PMBOK). This will enhance the Project Management knowledge I have currently acquired from my Manufacturing Degree and to better implement it in the workplace.
