Currently, I’m part of the Neuroinclusive Workforce Solutions team at The Sinneave Family Foundation, working to improve employment outcomes for neurodivergent and autistic job seekers through education, partnership, and innovation. Throughout my career, from tech and real estate to retail and non-profit sectors, my mission has stayed the same: open doors, foster belonging, and create opportunities for everyone to realize their full potential. With a foundation in Sociology and Business, I believe that successful organizations are built on understanding, empowering, and celebrating their people.
