About Sarah Denton

Since I can remember, I have had a passion for business and a fascination with human behavior. This is what drove me to build a career helping people change their behavior in the context of business transformation. I've led large-scale change, communications, learning, and organizational effectiveness programs; with a proven track record of improving individual and organizational performance during times of transformational change. I have built and led teams and projects across a multitude of industries and functions. I have 11+ years of experience as a consultant, selling and delivering transformation work to some of the largest companies in the world. I've also held internal leadership roles at F500 organizations, where I was a buyer of consulting work from multiple consultancies. This gives me a unique advantage in roles on either side of the equation. I'm known for my thoughtful, pragmatic, and collaborative approach to creating and implementing strategies that engage people and drive results.
