Relevant Experience I have worked in the Photography industry for 20 years, from advertising to medical photography. I have worked and photographed people predominantly and have a strong understanding of their individuality and needs. I have also worked alongside various creative people and have gained a good understanding of how the industry works and how these people like to be treated. It has been crucial that I have been meticulously organized during my working life as my failure to prepare results in major negative consequences and never like to disappoint people or let myself down. I am self motivated but because of the careers I have been involved with for so long I have to be a big team player as well. I have worked remotely for 10 years and have good time management abilities as well as team leading skills. It is important that I can communicate effectively with people as I am dealing with various people every day and actually pride myself on my diplomatic approach to situations. I understand the importance of timings as the success of all my roles have been based on working to deadlines. I have good computer skills as I run my own business in my spare time so frequently use adobe Photoshop and Light room programmes.
