About Sarah Dotlich

I've dedicated my career to social change. Throughout my tenure I've worked on multiple issues both domestically and globally including human rights and democracy, international community-based development, corporate accountability, environmental justice, public health and environmental sustainability. I have 25 years of experience in the nonprofit and creative agency sectors in a variety of communications, advocacy, grantmaking, program development, and business development roles.Strategic communications and messaging are a throughline across my career. I've developed organizational strategic communications plans, digital strategies (including website redesigns and social media strategy), managed media relations, coordinated press conferences, developed a wide variety of marketing and fundraising materials including annual reports and other assets, and developed organizational communications strategies and campaign message frames. I've been a marketing manager, grantmaker, grant portfolio developer, grantwriter, project manager, event planner, public speaker, fundraiser, coalition builder and international travel coordinator.I've also had a hand in both program development and organizational operations, systems and leadership development.
