Experienced in overseeing a network of Care Management Agencies, I ensure adherence to NYSDOH regulatory requirements through audits, corrective action plans, and tailored training programs. I am adept at developing innovative solutions, including training initiatives on SMART Objectives, Tableau Cloud Compliance Metrics, and workflow enhancements that improve documentation accuracy and operational efficiency to increase billing percentages and quality service implementation. I serve as a liaison to a number of community care management agencies to ensure transparency and develop trust and stronger communication between service providers, the community, and GRHHN Operations. My previous experience also entails incident management, resolution of complaints, crisis management, and inpatient substance use treatment care.
