With nearly 10 years of experience in AML and Fraud Compliance, I am a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) who is passionate about ensuring the highest standards of quality and integrity in the e-commerce industry. As a Compliance Quality Program Analyst at Amazon, I manage and own multiple projects that aim to improve the quality of Fraud and AML investigations and communication between departments, as well as to enhance the training and development of team members. Some of my key achievements include drafting and editing procedural documents, delivering on-demand training to new hires, designing and implementing knowledge assessments, and serving as a liaison between teams and departments. I also have many years of experience in conducting AML and Fraud investigations, preparing and filing SAR reports, collaborating with other teams on calibrations and off-queue projects, and responding to law enforcement and regulatory requests. I have excellent oral and written communication skills, with a degree in Journalism and proficiency in Spanish. I am also a dance professional, with praised instruction and choreography for the past 20 years.
