She has implemented global compliance programs, including FCPA, data privacy, and codes of conduct/employee hotlines. Ms. Erickson has also completed numerous acquisitions around the world including in Brazil, South Korea and Europe. Ms. Erickson is sought after for her strong collaborative, analytical, and conflict resolution skills coupled with her integrity, pragmatism, and passion for driving results. She distills complexity, facilitates difficult conversations, and provides practical perspective.
