About Sarah Fraser

As an Executive Manager, Innovation & Excellence at Sonder, I lead the strategic direction and implementation of quality and risk governance structures, clinical governance, and innovation development across the organisation. With over 15 years of experience in public and primary healthcare, I have a strong background in complex health care delivery, clinical governance leadership, healthcare research and risk management. I hold a PhD in Public Health from Flinders University, where I conducted research on quality and safety in healthcare systems, and a Master's in Nursing specialising in Child Health and Development. I am currently pursuing a Master's in Business Administration at the University of South Australia to enhance my skills in executive management, strategic leadership, budget management, and complex project management. I have also led several publications and presentations on healthcare topics, demonstrating my research acumen and domain expertise. My mission is to improve healthcare outcomes and drive excellence using data, innovation, and collaboration. I achieve this by using my relationship-based approaches to foster partnerships with healthcare professionals and technology experts. My resilience and determination, honed through marathon running, fuels my commitment to the long-term goal of driving excellence and positive change in healthcare.
