About Sarah French

With 16 + years of experience as a publicist in the music business, I have developed a passion and expertise for promoting blues and roots music artists across Canada and internationally. I have received the 2019 Keeping The Blues Alive Award from the Blues Foundation in Memphis, Tennessee. Since June 2023, I have been applying my skills and knowledge in office administration, social media content creation, and customer service as an Administrative Marketing Assistant and Volunteer Coordinator at Compass Community Health, a non-profit organization that provides accessible and holistic health care services to diverse and marginalized communities. I support the organization's mission and vision by managing data and records, scheduling meetings, processing information, creating and posting engaging and informative content across different platforms, and using various software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, Zoom, SharePoint, Canva, and website content management. I am also certified in Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED by the Canadian Red Cross. I am motivated by the opportunity to use my talents and expertise to make a positive impact in the world.
