About Sarah Fuller-Gipp

I started my clinical career at the Nursing School of the Freie Universität in Berlin, Germany. After graduation I worked there for many years primarily in the Emergency Department. After a short stint as a Nurse Manager of a medical unit, I moved to Munich where I worked an inner-city hospital in the ICU and later in the Emergency Department. After being transfered to Minneapolis, I continued working at the bedside in a large ER. I took a break from bedside nursing in 2009 to become certified in Epic ASAP and joined the IT team to implement Epic across all hospitals of Fairview in Minnesota. I returned to bedside nursing in 2013 for two years while waiting for the optimal position to open up. I am a motivated and experienced RN with Epic IT consulting experience including UpGrade and Meaningful Use, multiple go lives, customer validation, training, implementation and support, in addition to over 30 years clinical experience as an ED RN (still working in the ER and PACU with OpTime experience as enduser). Wide experience with initial IT build, enhancements and optimization build. Acutely knowledgeable of all ED and PACU workflows.
