About Sarah Gardner
I entered the field of study of exercise science as a competitive runner leaving high school. I continued my running career through college and as that winded down I decided to place myself in a position where I could support competitive athletes as a career, and decided to take my study a step further and become a chiropractor with an advanced certificate in sport science and human performance. Noticing a gap in the market in my area for holistic care, I opened the first integrative alternative wellness center in central New York that specifically focuses on the athletic population. The services we offer include comprehensive chiropractic care, massage therapy, acupuncture and nutrition counseling. The type of patients we see range from Ironman Triathletes to Crossfit Games athletes. Professionally my passions include biomechanical assessment and diagnosis and returning injured athletes to sport. Personally I still enjoy competitive running, lifting, spending time outside and hiking.
